Firm

Boron Capital is a privately held real estate investment firm that has experienced consistent growth since its establishment in 2006 by CEO Blake R. Templeton.

Boron Capital, LLC is named after the element Boron; an extremely rare element that in certain forms is stronger than a diamond. The element Boron is used in bulletproof vests, tanks, the strongest magnets, and as a replacement for diamond blades. On the other hand, Boron is an essential nutrient needed for fruitfulness, especially for olive trees, being the most important micronutrient necessary for flower formation, fruit set and for producing stable, quality olive oil. It is produced with difficulty, has high strength but is lightweight, holds a resistance to thermal shock, is tougher under pressure, and is essential to life.

From its inception, Boron Capital has exhibited these qualities and has successfully sought to remain all of these qualities in an ever-changing investment world.

Boron has applied its investment strategy during varying market conditions by identifying supply-demand disproportions and fulfilling market needs in industries and locations with strong present and future economies. Boron accomplishes attractive risk-adjusted returns by specializing in sub-markets of real estate that run counter to declines in the national economy and is successful in producing substantial returns, despite downturns in the market such as the recession of 2008.

The national resource base and local presence Boron has in each investment location provides Boron with relevant proprietary information to ascertain and execute prudent investment developments.

Boron invests predominantly in general and specific housing needs, including apartments, multi-family, corporate housing, venues, self-storage facilities and mobile home communities, and provides internal management of these property types.
